Walt Disney World’s 4th of July attendance was extremely low, signifying that Conservative backlash is making an impact. Disney also made the ill-fated decision to refuse to release the box office hit, “Sound of Freedom.” The film grossed more than $14M over the 4th of July holiday weekend, while the Disney and Lucasfilms released “Indiana Jones” only brought in $11.6M despite being shown in twice as many theaters. Conservatives are choosing where to spend their money and it isn’t on the offerings of Disney.
