Recent studies reveal a growing concern among Protestant pastors regarding the future leadership of their congregations. A significant majority - 71% - express anxiety about the quality of upcoming Christian leaders, with 75% noting the increasing difficulty in finding mature, young Christians interested in pastoral roles. Alarmingly, pastors under the age of 40 account for a mere 16% of the total, indicating a potential leadership void in the near future.
