Detransitioner, Chloe Cole testified before Congress in an effort to convince lawmakers that they need to protect minors and the mentally ill from “gender transition” surgeries and puberty blockers. Some states are stepping up to protect children from irreversible mutilations by doctors lying about the validity of “gender-affirming care.”

Do you believe Congress should step in to regulate the irreversible mutilation/gender modification of minors?

I believe the Congress should protect children from doctors who wish to perform gender transition on minors.
I think gender transition is between the child, parents, and doctors. The government should stay out of it.
Gender modification of minors doesn’t affect me and I don’t have an opinion on it.

During the House Judiciary Committee Hearing held Thursday, doctors, victims, and detransitioners begged lawmakers to stop doctors from performing mutilation surgeries on children and the mentally ill.
