U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana ruled that the Biden Administration likely violated the First Amendment by trying to remove pieces of content from social media. The 155-page ruling bars White House officials and multiple federal agencies from contacting social media companies for the purpose of suppressing content. Censorship of Conservatives and Christians is the norm.
