Email Subject: Take Action Now to Protect 2nd Amendment Rights! The Legislative Branch—not three-letter agencies writes the laws of this country according to the U.S. Constitution. The Biden Administration’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has exhibited a gross abuse of power with its unconstitutional pistol brace rule. Millions of gun owners will turn into criminals in the blink of an eye if Congress doesn’t act quickly. Disabled Veterans and many other Americans depend on this brace to stabilize their firearms. According to this unconstitutional rule, law-abiding gun owners—our nation's Veterans could face up to 10 years in prison, lose the right to own a gun, and thousands of dollars in fines if they fail to register pistols with stabilizing braces with the ATF. This means life-altering consequences to many who aren't even aware this rule exists. Reps. Andrew Clyde (GA-09), Richard Hudson (NC-09), and 180 House Republicans, introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to prevent the Biden Administration’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) from enforcing the unconstitutional pistol brace rule. It was passed in the House on June 13th. Senator John Kennedy introduced an identical resolution in the Senate on March 15th. It was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, where it stalled. We the People demand a vote in the Senate Judiciary on the Congressional Review Act to protect the Second Amendment rights of millions of gun owners. Sincerely, Concerned Gun Owner Send an Email
