A poll released on Oct. 7 by Arizona Christian University’s George Barna detailed how 104 people of faith, including a likely 32 million Christians may avoid voting in the 2024 Nov. Elections.
There were three major takeaways from Barna’s poll, aside from the fact 32 million Christian may be ignoring God’s gift of free will. (TAKE A POLL: Do You Think That the Current Education System Adequately Prepares Students For the Workforce?)
- If pastors will mention voting from the pulpit, 17% more people are likely vote;
- If friends tell other friends to go vote, we manage to pick up another 14%;
- And if they use a voters guide or have one available, an additional 14% of people will exercise their right to vote
That’s 45% extra voters if Christians come together and do these three simple things.
