An article published on CNET by Adam Benjamin detailed how he used on natural hack to help curb his insomnia.
Insomnia is a vicious cycle. The more you want to sleep, the faster it escapes you. The more you try to relax, the harder it becomes. While in high school, Benjamin apparently started suffering from the debilitating disorder until he found a completely natural hack to get through it. Benjamin’s advice might not work for you, but we found his commentary very interesting.

“Fortunately, over time, I managed to regain control of my sleep schedule, and now, on most nights, I fall asleep within 15 minutes. Many things in my life have changed since then, but one particular change had a shockingly positive effect on my ability to fall asleep: I started writing to-do lists every night before bed,” Benjamin wrote in his article, which is well worth a full read. Many of us suffer insomnia when we’re at our busiest moments in life. This is arguably the worst time to be without proper rest, so taking the edge off by writing out to-do lists does make a lot of sense. We haven’t tried Benjamin’s approach, but if you have, let us know how it works out!
