  2. Weight Loss (set yourself a key date and weight goal)
  3. 20 Minutes For Aerobic Exercise
  4. 100 Squats For 30 Days (not what it sounds like — you need to work up to 100!)

  6. Plank Challenge
  7. 10-Mile Walk (completely unrealistic to walk 10 miles EVERY day, but you can walk more)
  8. 15 Minute Dance
  9. HIIT Workouts

But working out doesn’t have to be a challenge. Sure, this type of language can be helpful for some, but not everyone. Some people are motivated differently. Depending on your style, you can decide what workouts are best for you.
